Dilpreet is a seasoned professional and possesses extensive experience in planning, organising and running Business Research operations. She began her career with a leading provider of high-value research, analytics and business intelligence in 2007 after completing her Masters in Finance & Marketing.

Before Groundwork Intel she was with Korn Ferry International where she spearheaded the business research operations across the globe for over a decade.

At Groundwork Intel, she manages all aspects of the company’s operations, from delivery to strategy formulation and execution. She works closely with clients to understand business needs and provide high level project management and quality control assurance.
